IntelliGenesis External Referral Program

IntelliGenesis’ External Referral Program allows you to submit a friend who wants to work for a top employer in the Intelligence Community! This program offers a lump-sum payment for the successful hire of your referral to help us support the attraction and retention of top talent at IntelliGenesis.

Referral Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be U.S. Citizen over the age of 18 years old.
  • Referral must possess an active security clearance.
  • Referral must be submitted via the link/portal to be considered.

Restrictions:

  • Referral cannot be a current or previous employee of IntelliGenesis.
  • Staffing/recruiting agencies (or their employees) and/or consultants are not eligible.
  • Must be the first person to refer the candidate (eligibility will be determined based on the date/time stamp of the referral application submitted).
  • Current applicants (applied within the last 12 months) will not be considered.
  • Cannot be a candidate who currently has a job offer with IntelliGenesis or is currently security processing for a position.
  • Must not be a recent or current contractor, subcontractor, or consultant of IntelliGenesis.

Payment terms:

IntelliGenesis will pay a one-time payment in the amount of $1,000 (gross) per referral, if the referral results in a successful full-time hire, and the referred candidate:

  • Acknowledges he or she was referred by you
  • Has been employed for 90 days with IntelliGenesis and is in good performance standing with the company

In order to receive the $1,000 external referral bonus, an IRS Form W-9 must be completed and returned to IntelliGenesis (along with any other documentation required). The W-9 form will be provided to the referrer by IntelliGenesis once the employee hits the 90-day mark and we will process the bonus within 30 days of receiving the completed W-9 form. The bonus will be paid by company check from IntelliGenesis LLC. 

Please note this is a one-time pre-tax payment and IntelliGenesis is not responsible for paying the associated taxes.
