Transitioning Military

At IntelliGenesis we know firsthand what it means to serve. With over 70% of our employees having served within one of the military services, we have deployed worldwide in support of the nation’s missions to uphold and defend democracy around the world.

Military Transition Support

With a team comprised of over 70% veterans, we understand the stress and uncertainties surrounding service members and their families transitioning to life and work outside of the military.

We routinely participate in Transition Assistance Program, classes, job fairs, and seminars to assist in that transition. In addition to providing helpful information about contracting, interviews, salary negotiations, etc., our recruiting team will also review resumes to ensure you are highlighting the right skillset to make yourself more attractive to recruiters!

Additionally, if you would like to connect with one of our team members that has recently made that transition to gain their insight into the process, submit a request at the link below and we will attempt to make a connection for you.

SkillBridge Internships

Each year, approximately 200,000 members of the U.S. Armed Forces, stationed in over 140 military installations in the U.S. and overseas, will separate from active duty and re-enter the civilian workforce or pursue higher education.

IntelliGenesis knows the value of your service and wants to assist you in making that transition. The estimated current cybersecurity workforce is 2.8 million professionals, while the amount of additional trained staff needed to close the skills gap is 4.07 million professionals, according to (ISC)2. The data indicates a necessary cybersecurity workforce increase of 145% globally.

We offer both Cyber and specialized Data Science SkillBridge opportunities.
