IntelliGenesis Employee Text Alerts — Terms & Conditions

Program description

IntelliGenesis Employee Text Alerts (“the Program”) is an internal SMS notification service operated by IntelliGenesis LLC (“IntelliGenesis,” “we,” “us”) that delivers administrative notices — company events, meeting reminders, and schedule changes — to IntelliGenesis employees who have opted in. The Program is intended for IntelliGenesis employees only and is not a public or commercial messaging service. No marketing or promotional content is sent.

Enrollment and consent

You enroll by texting the registration keyword (provided at internal company meetings) to +1 (443) 648-9922. By texting the keyword, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from IntelliGenesis at the mobile number you texted from. Consent is not a condition of employment, and participation is voluntary. Upon enrollment you will receive a welcome message confirming your registration.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Typical volume is 2–8 messages per month; volume may be higher during periods with more company events or urgent administrative notices.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. IntelliGenesis does not charge for the Program, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply to messages sent and received.

Opting out

Text STOP to +1 (443) 648-9922 at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-enroll. You may re-enroll at any time by texting START or the current registration keyword.

Supported carriers and liability

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed; do not rely on the Program as your sole source of time-critical information.

Eligibility

The Program is available to IntelliGenesis employees aged 18 or older with a U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS.

Changes to the Program or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Program or through normal internal channels. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled as described in the IntelliGenesis Employee Text Alerts Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected through this Program is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
