IntelliGenesis Employee Text Alerts — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how IntelliGenesis LLC (“IntelliGenesis,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the IntelliGenesis Employee Text Alerts SMS program (“the Program”). It supplements the IntelliGenesis Privacy Policy and governs where the two differ with respect to the Program.

Information we collect

When you participate in the Program, we collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Your name, as you provide it during registration
  • The date and time of your opt-in and any opt-out
  • The content and delivery status of messages sent and received through the Program

We do not collect location data, contacts, or any other information from your device through the Program.

How we use this information

Program information is used solely to operate the Program: delivering employee notifications, honoring opt-in and opt-out requests, maintaining a record of consent, routing replies to the appropriate internal recipient, and maintaining the security and integrity of the service. It is not used for marketing or advertising.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party.

Program messages are transmitted through Twilio Inc., our SMS service provider, acting solely as a service provider on our behalf; reply messages are forwarded to authorized IntelliGenesis administrative staff by email within our own systems. We may disclose information if required by law.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Text STOP to +1 (443) 648-9922 at any time to stop receiving messages. Text HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored automatically and recorded.

Data retention and security

Program records are retained for as long as needed to operate the Program and to document consent, and are protected by administrative and technical safeguards including access controls and audit logging. When records are no longer needed, they are deleted. You may request removal of your number from the Program at any time by texting STOP or contacting us.
