Company Overview

For the past 16 years, IntelliGenesis has supported Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers by providing next-generation cyber services & analytics, machine learning & data science, all-source analysis, and mission application development. In addition to our service-based efforts, we also offer innovative commercial IT and Cyber products to solve our customers’ most complex data challenges. We are a Woman-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business committed to hiring veterans and supporting our national defense missions.

Mission

IntelliGenesis is dedicated to ensuring national security and supporting our soldiers through quality intelligence products and highly skilled personnel that enable a diverse set of federal and commercial missions. More than 70% of our employees are veterans so we understand the importance of providing timely, effective, and actionable intelligence and tools to the warfighter. Our personnel embody our focused, mission-first approach to supporting national security missions in dynamic environments across a variety of distinct Government contracts since 2007.

Our Values

Our corporate culture and the way we conduct business demonstrate the four basic values upon which IntelliGenesis is built.

At IntelliGenesis, we hold ourselves to the highest standards in the way we conduct business, manage our missions, and support our employees. Upholding ethics and integrity is inherent to every mission we undertake and each employee is responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with the prescribed rules and practices within our Ethics Policy and Employee Handbook.

Over our 16 year history, IntelliGenesis continues to maintain compliance with all protocols concerning sensitive and classified information, DoD Directives, NIST information security, and contract-specific directives in the performance of our missions. Our recruiting and staffing efforts support diversity and inclusion, and our staffing processes maintain compliance with all current Federal Employment Laws for hiring practices, compensation, and benefit offerings.

Our corporate leadership and HR Department maintain constant oversight of all business activities to ensure that our values, integrity, and performance are upheld in everything we do. We maintain open channels of communication and encourage our employees and customers to report any questions or concerns they may have so we can maintain ethical behavior and a culture of responsibility.

Parties & Happy Hours

We love getting to spend time with our employees outside of the office! Throughout the year, we host a variety of in-person and virtual events for all of our employees to enjoy, both locally and across our extended enterprise. From our annual holiday party to monthly happy hours, and everything in between, we never pass up an opportunity to hang out with each other!

Family-Friendly Events

IntelliGenesis encourages a healthy work-life balance for employees AND their families. We regularly host kid-friendly events like our annual company picnic in the summer and a holiday party for the kids every fall, complete with a wide range of fun activities for all age levels.

Quarterly All Hands

We pride ourselves on our commitment to transparency and communication with employees. Every quarter, we host an All Hands Meeting and happy hour where we provide pertinent company information and reminders, announce upcoming events, and recognize hardworking employees for their performance, dedication, and innovations.

Community Outreach

Internships

Each summer, IntelliGenesis hires college interns in software development to support our innovative Research and Development programs. In 2019, we also began SkillBridge internships providing Service members the opportunity to gain civilian work experience before transitioning out of the military.

Charitable Efforts

IntelliGenesis is dedicated to serving our local communities in Maryland and throughout our extended enterprise. We proudly support a variety of organizations like local food banks, technology programs, and military-based initiavites like Gold Star Teen Adventures, a program supporting children of fallen soldiers.

Scholarships

IntelliGenesis is a proponent of continuing education, both within the company and externally. The IntelliGenesis Women Supporting Women STEM Scholarship awards $1,500 to high school seniors located in Maryland, Texas, and Georgia to foster the kinds of technical skills that eventually become mission tradecraft.
